My name is Paulina, I’m certified coach, and I help manage the chaos of solo business.
I help identify values, talents, needs, and goals to support my clients in their professional and business development. I believe in the power of synergy and collaboration. Working side by side with my clients, I help develop practical strategies and action plans to achieve goals and overcome obstacles. I combine soft skills with a strategic marketing approach and a strong focus on action.
I have nearly 20 years of marketing, strategy, and PR experience. I have been responsible for creating strategy, communications, events, and special projects for commercial real estate, FMCG, and OTC companies.
I have been developing my knowledge of skill development, attitudes and values, and learning processes since I was a student. I am an educator – cultural animator. I wrote my bachelor’s and master’s thesis on axiology – the science of values.
I am a certified coach with 100 hours of “Select Your Way – Choose Your Way” training according to ACSTH (Approved Coach Specific Training Hours International Coach Federation).
