I connect people, grow businesses, and build meaningful relationships.
I’m a coach, mentor, and strategist with 20 years of experience in marketing and communication.
I support Polish and international entrepreneurs in developing their businesses – from idea, through strategy, to implementation.

My expertise includes:

  • building brand and communication strategies,

  • creating company visions and missions that inspire action,

  • business storytelling and self-presentation training: storytelling, public speaking, pitching, and more.

I am:

  • a certified Extended DISC® consultant,

  • a certified coach (ACSTH),

  • a board member of two networking organisations in Lyon.

I offer:

  • consultations, mentoring, and coaching for entrepreneurs – and for those who are just thinking about starting their own business,

  • workshops for students and business owners,

  • analyses and workshops using the Extended DISC® model,

  • courses in marketing, brand creation, and brand development.

I believe in the power of synergy and collaboration. Working side by side with my clients, I help them develop practical strategies and action plans to reach their goals and overcome challenges.
I combine knowledge, behavioural insights, and coaching with strategic marketing thinking and a strong action-oriented approach.

I have nearly 20 years of experience in marketing, strategy, and public relations.
I’ve been responsible for developing strategies, communications, events, and special projects across commercial real estate, FMCG, and OTC.

I’m also an educator and cultural animator. My bachelor’s and master’s theses focused on axiology, the study of values.
